Wedding Coordination

Known often as “day of coordination”, we call it wedding coordination because our work doesn’t start day of. We want to be a part of your wedding planning journey and give guidance, vendor recommendations, and a timeline early on in the process to set you up best we can before we begin meeting 1-2 months before your wedding.

What’s Included:

  • Creation of wedding timeline draft shortly after we are hired so you can hire the rest of your vendors for the right amount of time.

  • Access to google drive planning documents and vendor recommendations

  • 1 Hour kick off call once I have timeline draft ready

  • Initial venue walk-through (mileage fee may apply)

  • Unlimited email correspondence

Month Of (or we can do every other week 2 months before wedding):

  • Final venue walk-through (mileage fee may apply)

  • (4) 1 hour meetings to go over all you’ve planned so far to make sure we are aware of all the details.

  • Communication with your venue and all your vendors ensuring timeline, details and expectations are coordinated

  • Depending on the date myself or a member of my team will be on site to assist with rehearsal - we do our best to have whoever runs the rehearsal be someone from your day of team

Day Of:

  • Your lead coordinator and assistant coordinator will be on site providing up to 12 hours of assistance

  • Our team will set up your decor around your venue, greet and direct guests and vendors, organize the bridal party for the ceremony processional, assist you as the couple to ensure you have all you need throughout the day, keep the timeline on track, coordinate with vendors throughout the day, and assist in tear down of the decor

  • We will also bring our wedding day emergency kit (a suitcase) full of items such as; zip ties, scissors, tape, tide pens, tooth paste etc.

Wedding Tablescape and Design

Partial Planning & Design

Designed for the couple who wants to be hands-on, but with a seasoned planner by their side from the very beginning. With this package, you’ll have expert guidance from the start—helping you make confident decisions, stay organized, and bring your wedding vision to life with thoughtful design and seamless planning support.

What’s Included:

  • Creation of wedding timeline draft shortly after we are hired so you can hire the rest of your vendors for the right amount of time

  • Access to google drive planning documents and vendor recommendations

  • 1 Hour kick off call once I have timeline draft ready to go over timeline and all that is in your google drive folder and how to use it

  • 1 Hour Design kick off call when you feel confident in your color palette and vision for your day, go through your inspiration photos, etc and narrow down some ideas

  • Review vendor contracts and help you decide on the right vendor that fits your budget and needs

  • Initial Venue walk-through (mileage fee may apply) to get an idea of your vision of the day before we dive into decor decisions

  • (4) 1 hour planning meetings leading up to your wedding month to be scheduled how you prefer

  • Attend 2 rental decor meetings with you so we can do mock ups of tablescapes and visualize how you want everything to be set up. After this meeting I will work on the decor spreadsheet in the google drive and write down what was discussed per area and see if there is anything else we need to source from other vendors.

  • Unlimited email correspondence

Steps to begin working together

Step 1

Head to our contact page and fill out and submit the form.

Step 2

I will reach out to book a consultation call with you. We will talk about all you’re looking for and which package fits your needs best.

Step 3

I will work on a proposal for you to sign and pay the deposit. Once that is completed, I will send a timeline questionnaire for you to fill out and will begin your timeline draft. I will also send your google drive folder that includes planning documents. Then we will schedule a kick off call to go through the google drive folder and timeline draft and talk next steps!

Have questions? We have answers!

  • We ask for a 25% retainer to be paid to lock in your date. Then we space out the other 3 payments of 25% over the timeframe until your wedding.

  • We do not, these are things the venue or catering company typical handle. We highly recommend hiring a full service caterer to handle these things.

  • Definitely! I offer free discovery calls so we can chat about what you’re looking for and how I can best support you. Just fill out the contact form best of your ability and we will reach out.

  • Yes, we 100% have done this before. We are polite but direct when we need to be. We typically will tell them “we have met with the couple many times and discussed exactly how they want things set up or coordinated. So it is our job to help the couple get exactly what they wanted on their wedding day..”
